Twisted Torch has a No Return/No Refund Policy in place.  However, we recognize that some circumstances are special and we will do our best to work with you, the customer, to reach an agreeable resolution to issues that may arise from the purchase of Twisted Torch artwork.  Resolution outcomes will be decided by the management team.  We do strive to meet or exceed our customers expectations and truly hope that you are satisfied with your Twisted Torch experience.
